Triumph Tiger 900 (23/24) - Tank Slider
OK - not really a tank slider for them low side track days, but more something to hide them skid marks when stalling on the switch backs in Welsh Alps or a little bit of protection when you forget to put the kick stand down fully. Tested on the 23/24 models, however should work on earlier ones.

Step 1 - Printing
- Download the STL files here
- I printed in black PLA with 100% infill, as not structural and should not get that hot (lets see how that goes), also the model does not have any flat surfaces to ensure a fit to the tank properly, so when printing it will require support.
Step 2 - Sanding/Painting
- Roughly sand to remove any print ridges and sharp edges
- Next prime, and sand again to fill up any imperfections
- Then lastly paint and buff, keep repeating this until happy the with finish or bored.

Step 3 - Installing
- If the tank is damaged i.e showing metal, best to seal with some paint to stop any rusting
- The slider can be attached with 3M VHB 1mm double-sided adhesive tape, by applying strips inside slider first on the top and bottom halves.
- Perform a test fit, making sure you correct side and location, the peel off the other side of the double sided tape.
- Before attaching, heat the slider up with a heat gun, this makes printed parts more plyable to shape to the tank profiles, and makes the VHB glue more affective.
